I'll wrap-up the 2009 blog entries with a burst of glamorous gold. I guess the association of this precious metal with Christmas harks back to the story of the Three Wise Men; gold was one of their gifts. With it's warm tones, gold looks especially beautiful with the white and green wintry landscapes of a northern hemisphere Christmas. Perhaps cool Silver should be our traditional Xmas metal in the South!? - see our Christmas card in the blog entry below.
