All about Ariki — Apr 15, 2011
In the last few weeks the most popular search term for this website has been 'Ariki', our new stock plain-weave. I'm pleased it's garnering the interest as it's a beautiful, quintessential 'Unique' design. Its viscose/linen combination brings plenty of texture and character, with a lovely drape and handle. The colourways are broad: from earthy neutrals (see below) alongside more vibrant pinks, reds and greens. Ariki's lightfastness is a very good '5', and with 30,000 Martindales it's suitable for domestic use. The cherry on the top is its reasonable price per metre.
